Description of SMS Use Cases

This campaign is used by Cryo Cruiser LLC to reach out to clients who have opted in to receive messages for non-marketing as well as marketing/promotional purposes. These purposes include appointment reminders, order confirmations, account notifications, special offers, discounts, and new product updates, among others. Message frequency varies.

Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or enroll in our SMS program. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Opt-out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text the keyword “STOP” to (469) 306-1807. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message and Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies and is based on your interaction with our services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By opting into our SMS program, you acknowledge that mobile carriers are not responsible for any messages that are lost, delayed, or not received.
